把一维时域有限差分方法用于一维二元光子晶体的滤波特性研究,数值模拟多种因素对一维二元光子晶体的滤波特性的影响,结果表明组成一维二元光子晶体的折射率、厚度、层数、入射角、光源的偏振态等都对滤波特性有影响,掺杂层位置、厚度、电磁参数都能调节其偏振滤波特性。  相似文献   

广西宜州市两种竹蝗的染色体C带核型研究(蝗总科:网翅蝗科)

对分布在广西宜州市的竹蝗属CeracrisWalker两个种青脊竹蝗C .nigricornisnigricornisWalker和黑翅竹蝗C .fasciatafasciata(Brunnerv ,Wattenwgl)的核型和C带核型进行了研究。结果表明 :在染色体数目上、性别决定机制、染色体是端部着丝粒染色体和染色体都含有着丝粒C带带纹上具有一致性。染色体组式也相同 ,为 3L +7M +1S +X .但X染色体位置有着差异 ,两个种的C带带纹除着丝粒C带分布具有一致性外 ,其它类型的C带数量及分布都有着明显区别 ,2个种的异染色质含量差别也较大  相似文献   

Infrared Absorption Spectra of Serpentine Cat＇s Eye from Sichuan Province of China

Infrared （IR） absorption spectra and X-ray powder diffraction （XRD） patterrns of sexpenfine cat＇s eye from Sichuan Province have been investigated, and infrared absorption bands of the serpentine have been assigned in this paper. The results indicate that the bands near 3 600 - 3 700 cm^-1 belong to the stretching absorption band VOH, the bands in 948 - 1 100 cm^-1 axe assigned to the stretching vibraling band Usvo, and the bands at 600 570 and 440 cm^-1 respectively belong to the bending vibration band VOH, δMg-O and δSi-O. The serpentine cat＇ s eye includes two types： chrysotile and antigorite. Chrysotile has a sharp and intensive band at 3 688 cm^-1 and a weak band at 3 643 cm^-1 , while antigorite has only one intensive band in the region. At vibration band VSi-O, chrysotile and antigorite have a similar feature at 1 071 cm^-1, but the band at 980 cm^-1 in anfigorite has been split into two bands in chrysotile - a strong one at 1 027 cm^-1 and a weak one at 949 cm^-1. In addition, antigorite has a characteristic bending vibrating band δMg-O at 570 cm^-1. Based on the analysis of the feature of crystal structure, their IR differences axe well explained.  相似文献

溅射法在不同O2／Ar比例下制备HfO2薄膜

作为一种性能稳定的绝缘体,HfO2在电子、光学以及能量相关的领域中有着重要的应用。在本工作中,我们使用反应溅射方法在不同O2／Ar比例下制备了HfO2薄膜。XRD结果显示,O2／At比例并不能明显的影响样品的结构。通过Debye—Schener公式估计,样品由纳米晶粒组成。在O2／Ar比例为0．06（功率12W）时制备的样品最接近化学配比。在可见光区域,样品具有很好的透光率,T〉85％。明显的吸收发生在波长小于220nm时。通过Tauc公式可以估算出,样品的带隙在5．051到5．547eV范围内变化。  相似文献

比较了贵州产绿臭蛙(Odorrana margartae),云南臭蛙(O.andersonii),花臭蛙(O.schmackeri)三种臭蛙的核型,C-带,银带,讨论了三种臭蛙的核型,C-带,银带的异同与形态差异的关系。在核型特征和C-带带型特征上,绿臭蛙与花臭蛙之间的差异最大,绿臭蛙与云南臭蛙的差异次之,云南臭蛙与花臭蛙之间的差异较小;在银带带型特征上,绿臭蛙的标准Ag-NORs位于第9号染色体长臂;云南臭蛙与花臭蛙的标准Ag-NORs位于第10号染色体长臂。  相似文献   

Modeling of Light-Induced Changes in Reflectance Spectra: A Predictive Tool for the Effect of an Arbitrary Spectral Irradiance

Optical radiation is capable of altering the spectral reflectance of layers of colorants. Light damage is of particular importance in respect to unique historical objects in exhibitions. The major parameter governing this process is the spectral irradiance applied to the surface. As this may vary significantly for different light sources, an experimental investigation of the damage potential of the numerous illuminants available is a cumbersome task. In this work a numerical algorithm for the prediction of modifications of the spectral reflectance of colorants subject to a given arbitrary spectral irradiance over a given time is presented. It uses the temporal evolution of the spectral reflectance of the dye or pigment at issue when irradiated by a set of narrowband light sources as input data. The predicted reflectance spectra and the resulting color changes are compared to those measured for samples irradiated with common polychromatic light sources. The concept described in this work aims at the implementation of a standardized procedure and database for the prediction of radiative damage for a comprehensive range of pigments and dyes.  相似文献

设计了一种直接射频采样的L波段星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)数字接收机.适当选取射频采样频率,优化了数字正交解调结构.为减轻数据存储和传输的压力,实现了压缩比可变的分块自适应量化模块.直接射频采样简化了电路设计,提高了SAR系统的精确性和灵活性,仿真结果证明该设计技术可行、有效.  相似文献
